Fallen

Created and written by Camilla Ahlgren – the screenwriter behind the iconic The Bridge – together with Martin Asphaug and Alex Haridi, Fallen is a gripping crime drama starring Sofia Helin (The Bridge, Lust, Atlantic Crossing).

Helin takes on the role of Iris Broman, head of the Kalla Fall, a specialist unit dedicated to solving cold cases in Malmö. Following a personal tragedy, Iris relocates from Stockholm to the small coastal town of Ystad, where she shares her half-sister Kattis’ (Stiernstedt) home by the sea.

Season two finds Iris increasingly settled into her role as leader of the unit when a new mystery emerges: a body is discovered buried near a manor house outside Ystad. As the investigation gathers pace, Iris receives an unexpected message from her former colleague Adam in Stockholm – one that sparks unforeseen consequences and reshapes the dynamic of the Cold Case Unit.
