Exclusive data reveals tens of thousands of criminals – many accused of serious and violent crimes – are currently on the run. With the authorities no closer to finding them, Matt Shea tracks them down himself. His journey takes him from safehouses in London to an underground fugitive network in Thailand.
Using open-source intelligence and undercover filming, he uncovers a shocking new mentality among this country’s criminals, many of whom now believe that justice is optional – and asks what this means for victims of crime and confidence in the criminal justice system as a whole.
