This worldwide smash hit features two trusted property experts helping struggling house-hunters to find their dream home.
Property professionals like Phil Spencer and Kirsty Allsopp know all the secrets of successful house-hunting: being clear about what you want, aiming high and, above all, being prepared to compromise. It’s a good job they know what they’re doing because the people they help – sometimes couples, sometimes whole families – often have seriously unrealistic expectations!
Our experts work to a brief of must-have attributes: number of bedrooms, character property or new build, but the most important aspect is always… Location, Location, Location! From auction houses and estate agencies, to websites and word-of-mouth, they leave no stone unturned in their quest for the best. They then have the unpredictable task of showing the house-hunters around a shortlist of properties that appear to fit the bill. Will they have judged their tastes correctly? Do these people even know what they want?
Once the dream house is successfully identified, our experts help the buyers to negotiate terms and seal the deal. Life changing decisions made, job done!
