Season 16 of My Kitchen Rules turns up the heat with bold twists, fierce rivalries, and exceptional home cooking. Hosts and judges Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge return to travel across Australia, meeting passionate home cooks and putting their dishes to the test.
The competition begins with two six-team Instant Restaurant rounds, where contestants open their homes, serve up their best food, and fight to stay in the game. As new teams enter and rivalries grow, the pressure builds before the strongest cooks head to Kitchen HQ.
From high-stakes challenges and elimination cook-offs to brutally honest critiques, every dish counts as the teams battle their way towards the finals. Ultimately, just two teams remain to face off in the Grand Final, cooking for the chance to be crowned MKR Champions and take home the $100,000 prize.
