Saving Lives At Sea

Back for its eleventh series, Saving Lives at Sea captures some of the RNLI’s most dramatic rescues, filmed on the crews’ own cameras. It gives us a unique insight into the lives of these amazing volunteers – and what it means to have somebody’s life in your hands.

This series includes some of the most extraordinary footage yet, including a major incident involving a small boat – and mass casualties – in the middle of the English Channel; a family swept out to sea on a small inflatable dinghy; and an unconscious sailor whose young daughters are steering a runaway yacht.
