Over 13 years and still killing it
Season 13: 6 x 120'
Seasons 1-12: 60 x 120'
The cosy New Zealand town with the surprisingly high death count welcomes a new season of mystery and menace as Brokenwood’s haphazard collection of loveable locals are caught up in increasingly bizarre strings of events…
Thankfully, tireless Detectives Mike Shepherd (Neill Rea), Kristin Sims (Fern Sutherland) and Daniel Chalmers (Jarod Rawiri), along with the curious and unique pathologist Dr Gina Kadinsky (Cristina Ionda), are on hand to untangle the clues.
From East meeting West in a Russian theatre play turned cowboy-style shoot-out and a local tennis club riddled with secrets, to an innocent knitting group sewing deadly outcomes, a robot waiter gone AWOL and killer clowns, all topped off by an Oades family wedding with a surprise guest, Series 13 serves up another delightfully unpredictable mix of thrills, drama and humour.
