Two friends must confront their past to save their future

2004, Elba Island. Anna and Tamara are two inseparable friends with a passion for music, and together they form a successful musical duo. During a party on a yacht, the two young women are raped by a group of strangers .
2024, Anna has become an airline pilot and, after the trauma she suffered, has sacrificed love. Tamara has decided to stay on the island, where she has opened the B&B ‘Le Sirene’, and has been raising her daughter Mia. The two have not spoken for many years… When suddenly a phone call from Tamara plunges Anna back into a nightmare.
Forced to return after so many years on the island, she will have to fight to defend Tamara from a murder charge and investigate with the help of Luca, the Police Commissioner who twenty years earlier rescued her after that tragic night. Anna and Luca will begin an investigation that will lead them to discovery of the truth, hidden among the waves of the sea, and the feelings that bind them.
