Back at base, specialist researchers help identify mystery finds and trace their owners, using archive research and social media campaigns to uncover the stories behind lost artefacts, medals, and personal items.

Alongside the recoveries, the series celebrates sustainability, clearing abandoned objects from the landscape and giving unwanted finds a second life through the creativity of local artists and craftspeople.
