Relocate or renovate – it’s time to decide
Format available
The primetime reality series about homeowners who’ve lost the sizzle in their love affair with their home.
Their needs have outgrown the home they once loved, which has lost the lustre that once attracted them to it – leaving the homeowners faced with the dilemma of whether to love it or list it. And, often, the couple themselves are divided about whether to stay or go!
Enter a unique, and often hilarious, rivalry between designer and realtor. The designer aims to revive the homeowners’ love for their home and put a stop to their wandering eyes. Meanwhile, the realtor is determined to take advantage of the situation and dangle temptation in front of them with a selection of dream homes which meet their needs and are within their budget.
With the designer overseeing the renovations, all of which will increase the value of their home, we follow the ups and downs and the dramas that unfold in each episode, as problems arise and tensions run high.
The stakes are high as the homeowners weigh up the financial and emotional cost of buying a new home or staying in the renovated one, will they love it enough to stay, or is it time to list?
