Signora Volpe

Former British spy Sylvia Fox returns for Season Three, enjoying life in the heart of Italy, while her romance with Carabinieri officer Giovanni Riva looks ready to enter a phase. But murder, mystery and danger still have a habit of finding her and her investigations place her at odds with those she loves.

When a vineyard owner is shot dead after warning Sylvia that someone wants him killed, she uncovers family secrets and neighbourhood feuds. The discovery of a young man’s body at a Roman couple’s holiday home then draws her into a charade at a casino and a confrontation with corrupt criminals.

Finally, the brutal murder of someone close to Sylvia coincides with the return of an injured figure from her past. Her search for justice places her in deadly peril and heart-rending conflict, forcing Sylvia to make decisions that could determine her happiness for the rest of her life.
